Today, a customer who has stood in line for more than 5 minutes begins to think about whether to visit the store again, and a waiting time of more than 10 minutes can become critical and lead to a refusal to purchase.

Examples:

• exceeding the number of people in line;
• absence (long absence) of a cashier at the workplace;
• exceeding the permissible ratio of Customer/Cashier in the checkout area;
• a cashier at a gas station or in a store (often employees 'cover' for each other, moving from one checkout to another, creating the appearance that not just one, but several people were working). Such actions by staff lead to inconvenience for the customer and, accordingly, to a decrease in the company's business reputation when the waiting time for the customer becomes uncomfortable.
